Articles sent to ijonte2022@gmail.com address with Copyright Agreement Form are checked in “IThenticate” program first in order to avoid plagiarism. After that suitable articles are preevaluated in terms of form, language, suitability of statistics. Articles that do not meet these criteria are not accepted and the writer or writers are informed. Articles that meet these criteria are sent to two referees without the names of the author. Referees are chosen among publishing board or editorial board. Moreover, the guest editor can send the article to the referees that are not in the editorial board according to the type of the article. Editors or the guest editor examine the reports of referees and make the necessary arrangements.
